Bodycam Video Captures Tense Manhunt and Arrest of Burglar Inside Lincoln Road Restaurant

MIAMI BEACH, FL — Newly released bodycam footage captured the tense moments Miami Beach Police officers searched and arrested a burglary suspect inside a restaurant on the popular Lincoln Road promenade.

The incident began when police received reports of a break-in at the commercial establishment. Upon arriving, officers established a perimeter and launched a search inside the business. The bodycam video shows officers clearing rooms and navigating the restaurant before locating the suspect hiding on the premises.

The suspect was taken into custody without further incident and faces charges of commercial burglary and resisting arrest without violence. The restaurant suffered minor property damage during the break-in, but no injuries were reported.
