Burglar Cuts Hole Through Neighboring Business to Rob Miami Food Store

MIAMI, FL — Police are investigating a sophisticated business break-in after a burglar cut a hole through the wall of a neighboring business to steal merchandise and cash from a Miami food store.

According to investigators, the suspect first broke into an adjacent commercial space. Once inside, they used specialized tools to cut through the drywall and framing of the shared partition, allowing direct access into the food market. This method allowed the burglar to bypass the store's primary door locks and front window alarms.

Once inside the food store, the suspect searched the registers and office area, fleeing with an undisclosed amount of cash and inventory.
