Surveillance video shows man stealing from jewelry counter in Miami

MIAMI, Florida — Investigators are seeking the public's assistance in identifying a male-female duo who stole thousands of dollars worth of jewelry from a kiosk at a local shopping center.

Distraction Theft at Mall Kiosk

The incident occurred on November 19, 2025, at the Glamour jewelry kiosk, which operates within the Mall of the Americas in Miami-Dade County. According to surveillance footage released by police, the suspects acted in tandem. A woman engaged the sales representative, asking questions to draw her attention away from the display case. Meanwhile, her male accomplice positioned himself on the opposite side of the counter, repeatedly reaching over until he managed to lift an entire tray containing approximately $8,000 in jewelry. The pair then quietly left the mall together.

Repeated Theft Targets Kiosk

The kiosk manager reported that this was the second time the business had been targeted by thieves within a one-week span. Miami-Dade Police are reviewing the mall's high-definition security camera footage and asking anyone who recognizes the suspects in the video to contact police or submit an anonymous tip via Crime Stoppers.
