Investigators Seek Information on Copper Theft at Lone Star Heating and Cooling in Midland

MIDLAND, Texas — The Midland Police Department has launched an investigation into a commercial burglary at Lone Star Heating and Cooling, where a significant quantity of copper materials was stolen from the premises.

According to preliminary police reports, the break-in occurred during the overnight hours when suspects managed to breach the perimeter of the local business. Once inside the property, the culprits targeted storage areas and vehicles containing copper pipes, wires, and other valuable supplies. The business owners discovered the theft the following morning and immediately contacted law enforcement.

Detectives are currently reviewing surveillance footage from the area and interviewing nearby business owners to identify potential witnesses or suspect vehicles.
