Milwaukee Boy Kidnapped in Failed Attempt to Rob Mother, Police Say

MILWAUKEE, WI — An investigation is underway after a young boy was kidnapped during what police describe as a failed attempt to rob the child’s mother. The alarming incident triggered a massive law enforcement response in Milwaukee.
