Illinois Woman Arrested Following Convenience Store Robbery in Muncie

MUNCIE, Indiana — An Illinois woman has been arrested and faces felony charges after allegedly committing a robbery at a local convenience store in Muncie, Indiana, authorities announced.

Local police responded to an emergency call reporting a robbery in progress at a local establishment. Store employees reported that an individual entered the store and demanded money from the cash register, indicating she possessed a weapon. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect fled the premises.
