Search Underway for Armed Suspect Following Nashville Bank Robbery; Surveillance Photos Released

NASHVILLE, Tennessee — A manhunt is underway in Nashville after an armed suspect robbed a bank on Thursday, February 19, 2026. Authorities have released surveillance images of the individual in hopes that members of the community can help identify them.

According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, the suspect entered the banking institution armed with a handgun, demanding funds from the employees. After obtaining a quantity of cash, the suspect quickly exited the building and fled the immediate vicinity.

Officers arrived shortly after the alarm was raised and conducted a search of the surrounding streets, but the suspect managed to evade capture. Fortunately, no staff members or patrons were harmed during the encounter.
