Former Employee Charged with Theft of Embalming Machine from Nashville Funeral Home

NASHVILLE, Tennessee — An unusual theft investigation has culminated in charges against a former employee of a local funeral home who is accused of stealing an embalming machine from the premises on Saturday, December 6, 2025.

According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, the management of the funeral home reported the high-value specialty equipment missing from their facility.
