Robbery Suspect Arrested After Firing Shots in Nashville KFC Restaurant

A fast-food robbery turned violent on Wednesday evening when a suspect discharged a firearm inside a Nashville KFC restaurant, authorities reported. The Metro Nashville Police Department responded swiftly to the scene after receiving emergency calls regarding an active threat and robbery in progress.

According to police reports, the suspect entered the restaurant demanding cash and subsequently fired shots during the confrontation. Fortunately, no injuries from gunfire were reported inside the establishment. The suspect fled the scene but was apprehended by police officers later Wednesday night following a search of the surrounding area.

Charges against the individual are currently pending, and detectives are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the robbery.
