Two Arrested Following South Nashville Home Invasion and Shooting That Left One Seriously Injured

NASHVILLE, Tennessee — Two suspects are in custody following a violent home invasion and shooting in South Nashville that left one person hospitalized with serious injuries, police announced.

Metro Nashville Police Department officers responded to a call regarding shots fired at a residence. Upon arrival, officers found one victim suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was immediately transported to a local hospital in critical but stable condition.

Following a rapid investigation, police identified and arrested two suspects believed to be responsible for the intrusion and subsequent shooting. Investigators believe the home invasion was a targeted incident, although the specific motive remains under investigation. Both suspects face charges including attempted criminal homicide, aggravated burglary, and employment of a firearm during a dangerous felony.
