Northeast Philadelphia Man Arrested for Serial Burglaries at Lower Moreland Cannabis Wholesaler

LOWER MORELAND TOWNSHIP, PA — A 19-year-old resident of Northeast Philadelphia has been arrested and hit with multiple felony charges after police say he repeatedly targeted and burglarized the same cannabis wholesale business in Montgomery County.

According to the Lower Moreland Township Police Department, the suspect, identified as Deen Ewis, was taken into custody following an intensive investigation into a series of break-ins at Terp Boys, a prominent cannabis wholesaler located on County Line Road. The wholesale facility specializes in alternative cannabinoid products, distributing items such as THCA flower, vapes, and premium "moon rocks."

Law enforcement officials reported that the business was burglarized multiple times over a short period. In each instance, the perpetrator managed to gain entry to the warehouse, bypassing security measures to steal significant quantities of inventory. Investigators utilized surveillance footage, forensic evidence, and local intelligence to identify Ewis as the primary suspect in the serial break-ins.

Following his arrest, Ewis was charged with multiple counts of burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, and receiving stolen property. Authorities are currently investigating whether he acted alone or was part of a larger ring targeting specialized commercial warehouses in the region.

Lower Moreland Police have urged any other business owners in the area who may have experienced similar suspicious activity or break-ins to contact their detective division immediately.
