FBI Releases Surveillance Photos in Brink's Armored Truck Driver Robbery and Shooting

PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has released new surveillance photographs as they continue to investigate the violent armed robbery and shooting of a Brink's armored truck driver in South Philadelphia.

The incident occurred on October 1, 2023, when suspects confronted the armored truck driver while they were making a delivery. During the confrontation, the driver was shot and wounded, and the suspects fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash. The driver was transported to a local hospital and survived the attack.

In a renewed effort to generate leads, federal investigators have published clear surveillance images showing the suspects and a vehicle believed to have been used in the crime. The FBI is offering a reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individuals involved.
