Police Investigate Theft Targeting Minor in Chinatown Alleyway

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Authorities are investigating a disturbing theft that targeted a minor in the Chinatown neighborhood of Philadelphia. The incident occurred in an alleyway, and police are currently searching for a group of teenage suspects believed to be responsible.
