Violent Kidnapping in Pittsburgh: Woman Blindfolded and Pistol-Whipped

PITTSBURGH, PA — A violent kidnapping investigation is underway in Pittsburgh after a woman was abducted, blindfolded, and repeatedly pistol-whipped by unknown assailants before eventually managing to escape or being released.

The victim was reportedly ambushed by armed individuals, who forced her into a vehicle, covered her eyes, and subjected her to a physical assault using a firearm. After a terrifying ordeal lasting several hours, the injured victim was left at a location where she was able to seek emergency assistance. She was subsequently transported to a local hospital for medical treatment of lacerations and head injuries sustained during the beating.
