Portland Police Search for Three Suspects Following Armed Robbery at Local Smoke Shop

PORTLAND, OR — Portland police are investigating an armed robbery at a local smoke shop and have launched a search for three suspects who fled the scene after stealing merchandise and cash at gunpoint.

The robbery took place during regular operating hours when three masked individuals entered the establishment. According to store employees, at least one of the suspects brandished a firearm and demanded access to the register and specific inventory. The employees, complying with the demands, were unharmed during the brief but intense encounter.

After securing the stolen items, the suspects fled the business in an unknown direction. Responding officers secured the perimeter and searched the surrounding area, but no immediate arrests were made. Detectives are currently reviewing security footage from the store and neighboring businesses in hopes of identifying the perpetrators.

The Portland Police Bureau has urged anyone with information, or who may have witnessed suspicious activity near the shop around the time of the incident, to contact their investigators. The investigation is ongoing, and police are working to determine if this incident is connected to other recent commercial robberies in the area.
