Three Charged with Grand Theft in $26,000 Ulta Beauty Shoplifting Spree in Portland and Gresham

PORTLAND, Ore. — Three suspects have been arrested and charged with grand theft following a series of high-value thefts targeting Ulta Beauty stores in Portland and neighboring Gresham. Prosecutors allege the trio managed to steal approximately $26,000 worth of high-end cosmetics, perfumes, and other retail merchandise over a coordinated crime spree.
