Two People Robbed by Juveniles at Providence Place Mall

PROVIDENCE, RI — A disturbing security incident occurred at the Providence Place Mall when two individuals were approached and robbed by a group of juveniles. The incident has once again focused public attention on youth-related disturbances and safety measures at the popular downtown shopping destination.

Police reports indicate that the victims were inside or near the mall premises when they were confronted by the young suspects. The perpetrators, described as juveniles, used intimidation tactics to force the victims to hand over their personal belongings.
