Two Suspects Charged in Armed Robbery of Lemonade Truck at Roger Williams Park

PROVIDENCE, RI — Two suspects have been apprehended and accused of participating in an armed robbery of a frozen lemonade truck at Roger Williams Park. The incident, which took place in one of Providence's busiest public recreational spaces, shocked parkgoers and prompted a rapid law enforcement response.

According to official reports, the employees of the local frozen lemonade truck were working their usual shift when they were approached by the two suspects. The individuals brandished a weapon and demanded the cash earnings collected during the shift.
