QUEENS, N.Y. — The New York City Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in identifying individuals responsible for a series of knifepoint robberies across Queens. The suspects have reportedly targeted pedestrians, demanding high-end winter apparel and popular footwear under the threat of violence.

In multiple reported incidents, victims were approached by suspects brandishing knives who demanded they strip off their North Face jackets and hand over their Air Jordan sneakers. The robberies, which occurred during late afternoon and evening hours, have caused concern among local communities regarding pedestrian safety during the winter months.
