Intruder Enters Midlothian Turnpike Smoke Shop Through Shattered Window

Richmond police are investigating a commercial break-in that occurred at a smoke shop located along the busy Midlothian Turnpike corridor. The suspect reportedly gained access to the store by shattering a window during the overnight hours.

Officers responded to the scene after alarms were triggered. Upon arrival, they discovered a broken window at the storefront, which investigators determined was the point of entry. Once inside, the suspect targetted various merchandise before fleeing the scene prior to the arrival of law enforcement.
