Three Los Angeles Suspects Arrested After Armed Robbery at Riverside Medical Pharmacy

Three suspects from Los Angeles have been arrested by Riverside police officers following a terrifying armed robbery at the Riverside Medical Pharmacy. The incident, which unfolded rapidly on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, involved the suspects holding five pharmacy employees at gunpoint while they ransacked the business for prescription medications and cash.

According to details released by law enforcement, the three suspects entered the medical pharmacy brandishing handguns and demanding access to the store's vault and cash register. The employees were forced to the ground while the suspects filled bags with pharmaceutical drugs and currency. Fortunately, no physical injuries were sustained by the staff during the ordeal, although they were deeply shaken by the encounter.

Following a rapid response by the Riverside Police Department, officers spotted the suspects' getaway vehicle fleeing the scene. A brief pursuit ensued before the vehicle was stopped and the three individuals were taken into custody. Police recovered the stolen pharmaceuticals, cash, and multiple firearms from the vehicle.
