Sacramento Homeowner Confronts Burglar and Fires Shots During Car Theft Attempt

SACRAMENTO, California — A Sacramento homeowner took matters into his own hands on February 24, 2025, by firing a warning shot after witnessing a burglar attempting to steal his vehicle from his residential driveway.

According to police and local reports, the homeowner noticed suspicious activity outside his house in the early morning hours.
