SAPD Searches for Two Suspects in Violent Macy's Robbery at Ingram Park Mall
SAN ANTONIO, Texas โ The San Antonio Police Department (SAPD) and Crime Stoppers are asking for the public's assistance in identifying two suspects involved in a violent robbery at a Macy's department store inside the Ingram Park Mall.
The incident occurred on the afternoon of Thursday, July 17, 2025. According to police reports, a male and a female suspect were spotted inside the Macy's department store actively concealing merchandise with the intent to steal. When a loss prevention employee confronted the pair and attempted to stop them from exiting, the suspects escalated the confrontation into violence.
Loss Prevention Employee Attacked
The suspects reportedly assaulted the employee, striking them before running out of the store with the stolen goods. The employee sustained minor injuries in the attack, and the suspects successfully fled the scene before police could arrive.
In an effort to generate leads, Crime Stoppers and SAPD have released details of the incident and are seeking identification of the individuals captured on store security cameras.

Crime Stoppers of San Antonio is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for any information that directly leads to the identification and arrest of the suspects involved in this robbery. Callers can remain anonymous throughout the process.
