Antioch Man Arrested in Connection with San Francisco Residential Burglaries

SAN FRANCISCO, CA โ€” A resident of Antioch has been arrested by the San Francisco Police Department following an investigation connecting him to a string of residential burglaries throughout San Francisco.

The arrest took place on July 11, 2024, after investigators linked the suspect to multiple crime scenes using physical evidence and surveillance footage. The suspect, whose identity has not yet been fully disclosed pending formal charges, allegedly targeted residences during daytime hours when homeowners were away.

SFPD detectives collaborated with East Bay authorities to locate and apprehend the suspect. He faces multiple counts of first-degree residential burglary and grand theft. Law enforcement officials are urging anyone with additional information or footage from recent suspicious activities in their neighborhoods to contact the SFPD burglary division.
