Serial Catalytic Converter Thieves Apprehended Following Auto Burglary at San Francisco Shopping Mall

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — A sophisticated ring of serial thieves specializing in catalytic converter thefts has been dismantled by the San Francisco Police Department (SFPD). The arrests occurred following a brazen auto burglary at a major San Francisco shopping mall, where officers caught the suspects in the act of targeting parked vehicles.

According to police reports, security personnel at the shopping center flagged suspicious activity in the parking structure during peak afternoon hours.
