San Jose Restaurant Staff Thwart Attempted Theft of Food Delivery Robot

SAN JOSE, California — Employees at a Vietnamese restaurant in San Jose successfully intervened to stop a brazen attempt to steal the establishment's motorized food delivery robot. The entire encounter, which occurred in broad daylight, was captured on security camera footage.

According to restaurant staff, a man entered the premises and attempted to make off with the automated robot, which is used to transport dishes from the kitchen to customers' tables.
