Suspect in San Jose home invasion robbery found, arrested in Georgia

A suspect accused of participating in a violent home invasion robbery in San Jose has been apprehended thousands of miles away in the state of Georgia, following a coordinated effort by multiple law enforcement agencies.

The arrest stems from an investigation into a residential home invasion robbery that occurred in San Jose in March 2024. During that incident, suspects forced their way into a home, threatened the occupants, and fled with valuables, prompting a high-priority response from the San Jose Police Department (SJPD).
