Armed Robbery at North Seattle Gas Station Prompts Police Investigation
SEATTLE, WA โ Detectives with the Seattle Police Departmentโs Robbery Unit are investigating an armed robbery that occurred at a gas station in North Seattle on Monday evening.
Patrol officers responded to the incident on March 2, 2026, at approximately 7:50 p.m. in the 7300 block of Aurora Avenue North. According to police reports, three unidentified male suspects arrived at the scene in a dark-colored sedan.
Details of the Robbery
The suspects, described as wearing masks, gloves, and black clothing, entered the establishment and confronted the store clerk. Brandishing a handgun, they demanded cash from the register and personal items. The suspects fled the scene prior to the arrival of law enforcement with the following stolen property:
- Approximately $700 in cash from the cash register
- The store clerk's personal cell phone
- Various tobacco products from the display area
Ongoing Investigation
Officers conducted a search of the surrounding area, but the suspects and the getaway vehicle were not located. Fortunately, the clerk did not report any physical injuries during the encounter.
