Suspect Arrested After Ramming Police Cruiser During Seattle Marijuana Farm Burglary

SEATTLE, Wash. — A burglary attempt at a commercial marijuana cultivation facility in Seattle ended in an arrest after the suspect rammed a police patrol car in an effort to escape. The incident highlights the ongoing security challenges faced by commercial cannabis growers in the region.

Seattle Police officers responded to a report of an active burglary at the marijuana farm. As officers arrived at the scene and positioned their vehicle to block the exit, the suspect attempted to flee. Rather than surrendering, the driver rammed their vehicle directly into the responding patrol car, causing significant damage to both vehicles.

Fortunately, officers were able to quickly extract and apprehend the suspect without serious injury.
