Spokane Police Seek Public's Help to Identify Armed Robbery Suspect

SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane law enforcement officials are calling on the public to help identify a suspect responsible for a terrifying armed robbery at a local gas station.

The robbery took place in the evening hours when a masked individual entered the gas station convenience store. The suspect brandished a firearm and demanded cash from the clerk on duty. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of money from the register, the suspect fled the scene on foot before officers arrived.

Fortunately, the store clerk was not physically injured during the encounter, though the incident has left employees and residents shaken. Investigators have released security camera footage showing the suspect wearing dark clothing, a hood, and a mask to conceal their identity. Police are asking anyone who recognizes the individual's clothing, physical build, or gait to come forward.
