Toledo Restaurant Hit by Smash-and-Grab Burglar; Second Suspect Arrested in Associated Fatal Shooting

TOLEDO, Ohio — A complex criminal investigation in Toledo has taken a major turn following the arrest of a second suspect linked to the fatal shooting of a restaurant burglar.
