Armed Home Invasion: Father Pistol-Whipped, Children Duct-Taped

A quiet neighborhood was shattered in the early hours of Monday morning when an armed home invasion left a father injured and his children bound with duct tape while burglars ransacked the property.

The violent incident occurred before dawn on February 16, 2026. According to law enforcement sources, multiple intruders forced entry into the residential home, caught the occupants completely by surprise, and confronted them. In a bid to secure compliance and locate valuables, one of the suspects struck the father in the head with a pistol. The victim sustained lacerations and contusions from the pistol-whipping but did not suffer life-threatening injuries.
