Man Fatally Struck by Vehicle and Robbed of ATM Cash in Brutal D.C. Attack

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Homicide Branch are investigating a horrifying incident in which a man was run over and killed by suspects who then robbed him of cash near a local ATM.
