Caught on Camera: Smash-and-Grab Burglary Targets Northwest D.C. Business

Metropolitan Police are searching for suspects involved in a commercial smash-and-grab burglary that targeted a business in Northwest Washington, D.C. The entire incident, which occurred in the early hours of January 2, 2025, was captured on security surveillance cameras.

According to preliminary reports, the suspects arrived at the location, quickly shattered the glass storefront to gain entry, and snatched valuable merchandise before fleeing the scene within minutes. Surveillance footage is being reviewed by detectives to identify the perpetrators and any getaway vehicles involved.
