A local woman in East Kilbride has spoken out about her growing safety concerns after security cameras captured a suspicious male systematically attempting to break into vehicles and homes in a residential street. The resident, who wished to remain anonymous, discovered the activity on her home surveillance system. The footage clearly showed the individual walking from driveway to driveway, checking car door handles and inspecting the perimeters of homes for unlocked doors or windows. The blatant attempt to breach private properties occurred under the cover of darkness, leaving many in the neighborhood on high alert.

"It makes you feel incredibly unsafe in your own home," the homeowner stated, urging neighbors to double-check their security measures. Police Scotland have been notified of the footage and are investigating the incident.
