Burglar steals jewellery worth over £7,000 from Wellingborough home
A burglary in Wellingborough has resulted in the theft of high-value jewellery worth more than £7,000, prompting a police appeal for information.
The break-in occurred at a residential property in the town, where offenders gained entry and searched the premises before escaping with the valuable items. The stolen jewellery includes pieces of high monetary and sentimental value to the victims, who have been left deeply distressed by the intrusion into their home.
Forensic officers have examined the scene, and Northamptonshire Police are conducting house-to-house enquiries in the neighbourhood.
