Pittsburg Man Arrested for US Bank Robbery in Antioch

ANTIOCH, CA โ€” Police have apprehended a Pittsburg man suspected of committing a bank robbery at a US Bank location in Antioch. The arrest followed a rapid investigation by the Antioch Police Department, who tracked the suspect down shortly after the crime occurred.

According to police reports, the suspect entered the bank branch and demanded money from the tellers. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect fled the scene. Responding officers gathered description details and coordinate information, allowing them to locate and arrest the suspect in a nearby area without further incident.
