Beaumont Police Apprehend Multiple Suspects Following Armed Robbery at Avenue A Family Dollar

BEAUMONT, Texas — The Beaumont Police Department has made multiple arrests in connection with an armed robbery that targeted a Family Dollar store located on Avenue A. The investigation, which spanned several months, has resulted in the apprehension of both adult and juvenile suspects.

The initial incident occurred in September 2025, prompting an immediate response from local law enforcement. In the days following the robbery, police arrested two adults and one teenager. According to investigators, the suspects entered the retail store and threatened employees before fleeing with an undisclosed amount of cash.

As the investigation progressed into early 2026, detectives identified additional individuals involved in the heist. On January 31, 2026, authorities announced that three juveniles were suspected of participating in the armed robbery. Following up on leads, officers successfully located and arrested the three minors by February 2, 2026.
