Two Suspects Apprehended, Two at Large After Armed Robbery of Bridgeport Liquor Store

BRIDGEPORT, CT — A hunt is underway for two remaining suspects involved in a coordinated armed robbery at a local liquor store in Bridgeport. Two other suspects have already been taken into police custody following a swift response by Bridgeport patrol officers.

The incident occurred on the evening of December 20, 2024, when four individuals entered the establishment. According to police reports, the suspects brandished weapons and demanded cash and merchandise from the employees on duty. The employees complied with the demands, and no injuries were reported during the encounter.

Responding officers managed to locate and arrest two of the suspects nearby shortly after the incident. They were found in possession of evidence linking them to the robbery. The Bridgeport Police Department's Detective Bureau is actively pursuing leads to locate the other two individuals involved in the crime, who fled the scene prior to the arrival of officers.
