Mebane officers find suspect in assault, robbery at Boston Cleaners in Burlington

BURLINGTON, North Carolina — A suspect has been arrested following a physical assault and robbery at Boston Cleaners in Burlington. The arrest was executed on September 16, 2025, by officers from the neighboring Mebane Police Department who located the suspect shortly after the incident.

Police reports indicate that the suspect entered the Boston Cleaners establishment, assaulted an employee, and stole cash from the register before fleeing the scene. The Burlington Police Department immediately broadcasted the suspect's description to surrounding law enforcement agencies.
