Chipotle Targeted in Consecutive Canton Armed Robberies

CANTON, Ohio โ€” Investigators with the Canton Police Department are seeking clues after a suspect targeted a Chipotle Mexican Grill during a brief but intense crime spree that also involved a nearby Domino's Pizza.

The Chipotle Incident

According to reports, the robbery took place less than an hour after the suspect struck the Domino's. The suspect entered the Chipotle, confronted staff members, and demanded money. After obtaining cash, the suspect fled the scene. No injuries were reported in this incident either.

Connecting the Cases

Because of the timing, geographic proximity, and similar physical description, police believe a single perpetrator is responsible for both robberies. Canton Police are calling on anyone with dashcam footage from the area or other information to step forward to assist the ongoing investigation.
