Suspect crashes stolen car into Carson Guns to steal firearms

A local gun store was targeted in a destructive smash-and-grab burglary early in Carson City. According to local law enforcement, the suspect drove a stolen vehicle directly into the storefront of Carson Guns, breaching the exterior wall. Once inside, the suspect quickly gathered several firearms and fled the scene before deputies arrived. The vehicle used in the crash was left at the location and was confirmed by investigators to have been reported stolen. Carson City sheriff's deputies are investigating the heist and reviewing security footage to trace the suspect. Recovering the stolen firearms remains a top priority for public safety.
