Suspect Charged in Armed Robbery of Dover Pizza Shop on Thanksgiving Eve

DOVER, Delaware — An investigation into an armed robbery at a local pizza shop on Thanksgiving Eve has led to the arrest of a suspect who is now being held without bail.

According to police and store owners, the suspect entered the establishment brandishing a firearm, which he pointed directly at an employee's head. The suspect then demanded cash from the register before fleeing the scene with an undisclosed amount of money. The traumatizing event shook staff members but thankfully did not result in physical injuries.
