Two Masked Baltimore Men Detained Outside Frederick Home

FREDERICK, Md. — Frederick County Sheriff's deputies successfully intercepted and apprehended two masked individuals outside a local residence early Monday, November 10, 2025. The suspects, identified as residents of Baltimore, are believed to have been preparing to execute a residential burglary.

The Sheriff's Office received reports of suspicious individuals wearing masks and creeping around the exterior of a home. Responding deputies arrived quickly and located the suspects on the property. Both men were immediately detained and searched, leading to the discovery of items commonly used in break-ins.

The suspects were arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit burglary and possession of burglary tools. Sheriff's officials commended the alert neighbors who reported the suspicious behavior, noting that the proactive community call and quick deputy response averted what could have been a serious residential intrusion.
