Northeast Fresno and Clovis Businesses Hit by Serial Burglaries Days Apart

Detectives in Fresno and Clovis are collaborating to investigate a pair of commercial burglaries that targeted local businesses in close succession. The incidents occurred just days apart, raising concerns that a single group of suspects may be targeting retail and service establishments across city lines.

The first burglary occurred at a business in Northeast Fresno, followed shortly by a similar break-in in Clovis. In both instances, the suspects utilized forced entry under the cover of darkness, targeting cash registers and specific high-value goods before fleeing the scene before law enforcement arrived.

Collaborative Law Enforcement Response

The Fresno Police Department and the Clovis Police Department are sharing crime scene data, witness descriptions, and surveillance footage in an effort to identify the perpetrators. Business owners in the Northeast Fresno and Clovis corridors are being advised to remain vigilant, test their alarm systems, and ensure that exterior lighting is fully functional during overnight hours.
