Armed Suspect at Large After Gunpoint Robbery of Southwest Houston General Store

Houston, Texas — The Houston Police Department is requesting the public's assistance in identifying a suspect wanted in connection with an armed robbery at a southwest Houston general store.

The incident occurred on February 2, 2026, when an unidentified individual entered the establishment and produced a firearm. The suspect pointed the weapon at the store's staff, demanding cash and merchandise. According to investigators, the suspect fled the scene shortly after securing the stolen funds. No injuries were reported, though employees were shaken by the confrontation.

Detectives have reviewed surveillance footage from the store and are hoping to release detailed descriptions to help locate the perpetrator.
