Reward Offered After Lexington Store Break-In and Destruction of Displays

LEXINGTON, KY โ€” The Lexington Police Department and Bluegrass Crime Stoppers are offering a cash reward for information leading to the arrest of a man who broke into a local retail store, smashed glass displays, and stole valuable merchandise.

The burglary occurred in September 2025, when the suspect gained forced entry into the establishment. Once inside, the individual used a tool to smash multiple display cases, causing thousands of dollars in property damage. The suspect then loaded various items into a bag and fled the scene before officers arrived.

Initially, in October 2025, police released surveillance images of the suspect, appealing to the community for help in identifying the individual. By December 2025, with the suspect still at large, authorities officially announced a reward for information. Surveillance footage shows a male suspect wearing dark clothing during the crime. Anyone with details regarding this incident is urged to contact local authorities.
