Arrest Made In Connection With Stabbing And Robbery Of Lexington Park Firefighter
LEXINGTON PARK, Md. — Law enforcement officials in St. Mary's County have announced a major breakthrough in a recent violent assault case, resulting in the arrest of a suspect connected to the stabbing and robbery of a local firefighter.
The incident, which shocked the Lexington Park community, occurred on December 3, 2025. According to initial reports, the victim, an active member of the local fire department, was confronted and assaulted by the suspect. During the altercation, the victim sustained stab wounds and had personal property stolen.
Emergency medical personnel responded quickly to the scene, administering first aid before transporting the injured firefighter to a regional medical facility. Police immediately launched an investigation, collecting evidence and interviewing witnesses in the surrounding area.
