Teen and Adults Arrested After Peoria Fight and Home Invasion

PEORIA, Illinois — Several individuals, including a teenager and multiple adults, are in police custody following a violent altercation and subsequent home invasion in Peoria, local authorities reported.

According to the Peoria Police Department, officers responded to a call regarding a physical fight in progress. Upon arrival, the situation escalated as suspects allegedly forced their entry into a nearby residence. Police quickly established a perimeter, preventing further escalation and securing the occupants of the home.

The individuals arrested face multiple charges, including home invasion, criminal trespass, and mob action. The identities of the adult suspects have not been fully released pending formal charges, while the juvenile suspect is being processed through the local juvenile justice system.
