Attempted Burglary Reported at Roseville Apartment Complex

ROSEVILLE, CA — Residents of a local apartment complex in Roseville are on high alert following a reported attempted burglary. The incident occurred during the afternoon hours when an unidentified suspect attempted to force entry into one of the residential units.

According to police reports, a resident heard suspicious noises at their front door and observed an individual tampering with the lock mechanism. When the resident made their presence known, the suspect immediately fled the building and ran towards a nearby parking area, escaping in an unidentified vehicle.

While no entry was gained and no property was reported missing, the local police department has increased patrols in the neighborhood. Management at the apartment complex has also advised tenants to keep all doors locked and report any unfamiliar or suspicious individuals on the property.
